Valley Isle Screen provides professional screen repair and screen door services on Maui, operating from our shop in Kahului. Most work is completed in-house to ensure accurate measurement, proper fit, and durability in Maui’s climate.

From window screen repair to custom sliding and security screen doors, we focus on practical solutions built to last.

Window Screen Repair

We provide window screen repair and re-screening on Maui. If the frame is square and structurally sound, it can typically be re-screened. If it is bent, corroded, or no longer holding tension, replacement may be recommended.

Bring your screen to the shop for evaluation. Pricing is based on united inches (height plus width) and mesh selection. Final pricing is confirmed in person, as condition and materials vary.

Sliding Screen Door Repair & Custom Replacement

We offer sliding screen door repair, including roller replacement and re-screening when the frame is structurally sound.

If a door is bent or compromised, rebuilding is not recommended. In those cases, we provide custom-built Legacy sliding screen doors, measured and cut to size in our shop for proper fit and long-term performance.

Delivery and installation are available for an additional fee.

Hinged Screen Doors

We offer limited repair and re-screening for hinged screen doors, depending on frame condition and construction. Some doors can be repaired, while others may require replacement.

Security Screen Doors

We offer TRU-Frame and TRU-View security screen doors on Maui, selected and measured for proper fit and performance.

The process begins at our shop, where we review options and confirm specifications. Installation is coordinated with a qualified subcontractor. Certain models include insect screen components that must be screened in place when required.

Custom Window Screens & Specialty Mesh

We fabricate custom window screens and work with select specialty mesh options, including non-standard sizes and specialty screening materials.

Whenever possible, custom work begins with in-shop measurement to ensure accuracy.

Bulk Orders & Property Management

We work with contractors, property managers, and AOAOs across Maui on larger volume screen orders and ongoing service needs. Scheduling is coordinated directly through the shop.
